Therefore, for the 2020 edition of DISKOteka Festival all the available tickets for sale are now protected by the “En Garde” insurance. Thus, we assure you the benefit of fully recovering the value of your subscription in case something unforeseen will prevent you from attending the event.
Why not? We are talking about a known scenario: flooding at home, illness, a cold, accident, delays caused by aircraft or other means of transport are all the reasons that can prevent you from attending the long awaited concert.
When the plans are over your head, usually the amount spent on the tickets already purchased is not returned to you.
However, this is not the case for the subscriptions purchased at DISKOteka Festival.
Because now all subscriptions are insured. This means that, together with a reliable partner: Eurolife ERB Insurance, we offer you the benefit of fully recovering the value of the already purchased subscriptions in case something unexpected prevents you from reaching our event from 18-20 September 2020.
How to get in possession of insurance?
All types of subscriptions available for sale for DISKOteka Festival – 2020 Edition now have the advantage of being protected. Thus, for any order placed on the site https://diskoteka.ro/, you will receive an e-mail containing the necessary data and confirmation that your subscription is insured as soon as the subscription payment has been made.
What are the covered risks?
- Medical events: A disease (illness), including related to the state of pregnancy, a bodily injury, as well as the consequences of an illness or an accident, which necessarily implies:
- or hospitalization for a period that includes the date and time of the show;
- either the cessation of any professional activity or the rest at home whose recommended period includes the date and time of the show;
- either conducting investigations or treatments scheduled on the date and time of the show and which occurred to the Insured, his / her spouse, ascendants or descendants in a direct line (1st degree relatives) as well as those of the spouse.
- Family events:
- Birth of a child or nephew of the Insured within 48 hours preceding the date and time of the show ticket.
- Death of the Insured, his / her spouse, his / her descendants or descendants in a direct line (1st degree relatives) or those of the spouse / spouse.
- Material events: Serious material damage, occurring up to 48 hours before the date and time of the show for which the subscription was purchased, as a result of:
- A fire,
- Some robbery or vandalism,
- A flood,
- A meteorological or natural phenomenon
And which directly affect the following real estate: the principal or secondary residence of the Insured and which requires his presence on the spot on the day and at the time of the event for which the show ticket was purchased, in order to carry out administrative actions related to legal, damages or of rehabilitation of the affected building.
- Other events:
- Theft of the physical ticket, as a result of an aggression or by burglary of the domicile or car of the Insured;
- Transit strike on the date mentioned on the show ticket;
- The vehicle with which the Insured person travels to the event is involved in an accident or has a malfunction that makes it impossible to continue the journey and to reach the location mentioned on the event ticket;
- Canceling or delaying the flight for more than 3 hours of the plane with which the Insured person was traveling, to reach the event location mentioned on the ticket.
What to do in case of an insured event:
- Contact our partner at the Eurolife Support Center at the phone number 031 423 00 80 or email address asigurari@eurolife-asigurari.ro as fast as you can, but no later than:
- 5 days from the time of production for events that take place up to 48 hours before the show;
- 2 days from the moment of production for the events that take place on the day and the day of the show.
If an Insured person buys more than one ticket, the insurance ends for all the beneficiaries of the tickets. Thus, the claim for compensation must be made by the Insured who carried out the transaction and paid the insurance.

- request for insurance indemnity, holograph, specifying the policy number, the customer identification data and the reason for requesting the indemnity.

Depending on the nature of the event, in order to be able to make a decision regarding the granting of the allowance, it is possible to request additional documents / information, as the case may be.
