1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The users of the Site can purchase subscriptions through this platform, the orders made being confirmed by an e-mail received after the successful completion of the order. The purchase is subject to the following terms and conditions, the users being obliged to comply with the particulars in this document.
DISKOteka reserves the right to modify / complete at any time the “Terms and Conditions” section without prior notice to users. We mention that subsequent changes may be caused by national or European legislative regulations.
Users are obliged to comply with the regulations that the festival organizers set in order to ensure a smooth running of the event.
2. MAKING AN ORDER
All orders placed on this site are final and cannot be canceled. In order to place an order, users must follow the following steps:
1- selecting the subscriptions from the category of available subscriptions;
2- selecting the desired number of subscriptions and placing the order;
3- verification of billing address and personal data;
4- order confirmation;
3. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment by credit or debit card
DISKOteka uses Raiffeisen Bank / Plationline.ro services for online transactions. You can pay online with your personal or business card, under full security conditions. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro) logos. The payment is based on a secure online transaction processing system that offers confidentiality, security and simplicity in the purchase of products and services over the Internet. Card data processing is done exclusively through the bank, DISKOteka does not request and does not store any details regarding your card.
Important to know! There is no commission for bank card payments!
Subscriptions can be purchased from one of our points of sale in Timisoara according to the following program:
- The point of sale located in the “Dan Paltinisanu” stadium area – from Tuesday to Sunday between 1 pm and 4 pm
- The point of sale located in Iulius Town Timisoara – from Tuesday to Sunday between 5 pm and 9 pm
The payments will be made to the account of S.C. CONCERTE 100% LIVE S.R.L., after receiving by mail the invoice related to the requested subscriptions.

Proof of payment is made by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period the unpaid orders will be canceled. The taxes related to these operations are borne by the client. Please specify on the copy of the payment document the name and the code of the payment order. The order code can be found in the e-mail received automatically for each valid order.
Cash on delivery
The value of the subscriptions and the transport taxes will be paid by the customer upon receipt of the ordered subscriptions.
Delivery is by fast courier. All orders made during the day until 3:00 pm will be delivered to the courier company Fan Courier on the same day, the delivery being made within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days, except for legal holidays or weather conditions extreme). After the envelope is delivered to the courier company, the buyer receives notification on the email address entered at the time of ordering, with the AWB number assigned by the courier company system.
The transport tax is borne exclusively by the customer, following the personal choice of this method of delivery and payment and is worth 25 lei.
The transport fee may be higher if you live in an area without Fan Courier coverage, for which the additional kilometer charge will be collected from the nearest Fan Courier work point in that area. In case the city or town is not included in the Fan Curier delivery list, the customer will pay additional kilometers at the time of order delivery.
Also, changes or redirections to other delivery addresses will be charged additionally and will be paid by the customer.
These costs are borne by the client even if the purchased subscriptions are returned.
According to OUG 28/1999, art.2, letter F, for the activities for which the receipts are made on the basis of fixed value vouchers printed according to the law – tickets for shows and the like are not issued a fiscal voucher.
4. LOSS, THEFT OR DESTROYATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
DISKOteka’s responsibility for the order ceases when the subscriptions have been delivered under normal conditions to the buyer. DISKOteka is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of the subscriptions after the delivery.
In case of loss or theft of online subscriptions, the buyer is obliged to notify this fact to DISKOteka, at email@example.com, to replace the subscriptions. If the user does not notify DISKOteka in a timely manner, DISKOteka assumes no responsibility for the use of the respective subscriptions by another person, nor for the inability of the initial buyer to participate in the event based on lost / stolen subscriptions. In order to cancel lost / stolen subscriptions, the buyer must prove that the ticket was purchased from the DISKOteka platform, including the fact that he paid the subscription value. If the buyer cannot be identified, the reissue of the subscription is not possible.
It is not recommended to partially or totally transmit images containing purchased subscriptions. DISKOteka is not responsible for the use of copies of the respective subscriptions for access to the event. Thus, the first subscription verified and validated at the check-in point will be considered authorized, the respective person having access within the event. Other subscriptions containing the same code will be declared invalid, the access of the person will not be allowed.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT
DISKOteka sells tickets / subscriptions for shows and events that fall into the category of activities and services; as a result, according to the provisions of art.16 letter.l) of OUG no.34 / 2014 regarding the rights of consumers within the contracts concluded with the professionals, for the sale of tickets for shows or events, the buyers cannot exercise their right of withdrawal from the contracts for the sale-purchase of tickets concluded at a distance or outside the commercial premises, if the buyer has placed an order or from the sale-purchase contracts for the tickets executed at a distance or outside the commercial premises, within 14 calendar days from date of entry into the possession of the tickets, provided by the legislation in force.
It is not accepted to return the tickets / subscriptions and / or to request the reimbursement of their value for the tickets ordered, paid, delivered and valid for an event that will take place according to the announced program (date and time) and location and / or has not announced any changes regarding the initial schedule (date and time) or location change, except in the cases where the request for a return is based on one of the risks covered by the Insurance Guard.
6. RETURN OF CONTRIBUTIONS TO SUBSCRIPTIONS

The purpose of Insurance
The object of the insurance is the payment to the Beneficiary of the cost of the subscription to an event in the event of the Insured being unable to use it as a result of producing one of the insured risks.
What are the risks covered
The risks insured by these Insurance Conditions are the following:
a) Medical events:
A disease (condition), including related to the state of pregnancy, a bodily injury, as well as the consequences, sequelae and complications or aggravation of a condition or accident, which necessarily implies:
hospitalization for a period that includes the date and time of the show;
- the cessation of any professional activity or the rest at home whose recommended period includes the date and time of the show;
or performing scheduled investigations or treatments on the date and time of the show
and which occurred to the Insured, his / her spouse, his / her ascendants or descendants in a direct line (1st degree relatives) as well as those of the spouse.
b) Family events:
- Death of the Insured, his / her spouse, his / her descendants or descendants in a direct line (1st degree relatives) or those of the spouse / spouse;
Birth of a child or grandson of the Insured within 48 hours preceding the date and time of the show ticket.
c) Material events:
Serious material damage, occurring with a maximum of 48 hours before the date and time of the show for which the ticket was purchased, as a result of:
- A fire,
- Some robbery or vandalism,
- A flood,
A meteorological or natural phenomenon, which directly affects the principal or secondary residence of the Insured and requires his presence on the spot on the day and time of the event for which the show ticket was purchased, in order to carry out administrative procedures related to legal, damages or of rehabilitation of the affected building.
d) Other events:
Theft of the show ticket, whatever the support (original or electronic ticket) as a result of an aggression or theft from his home from the Insured’s car;
- Transit strike on the date specified on the show ticket, ie the total stop of the public transport with which the Insured had originally planned to move to the location mentioned on the ticket, as a result of a strike, to the extent that there is no other means of transport joint to allow movement;
- The vehicle with which the Insured person travels to the event is involved in an accident or has a malfunction that makes it impossible to continue the journey and to reach the location mentioned on the event ticket;
The flight of the plane with which the Insured person was traveling, to reach the location of the event mentioned on the ticket, is canceled or has a delay of more than 3 hours, which makes it impossible to be present at the date and time of the show mentioned on the ticket.
Criteria for acceptance in insurance
Individuals who cumulatively meet the following criteria are eligible for insurance:
- purchased one or more tickets / subscriptions to the event (s) on the www.tickets.diskoteka.ro website;
- have joined the group insurance contract, once the order of the ticket / subscription has been completed;
- have paid the unique insurance premium.
They are insured by the present insurance conditions and the natural persons who, by extension, benefit from the tickets / subscriptions purchased by the buyer of the tickets / subscriptions fulfilling points a), b) and c).
If an Eligible Person has not been taken over by the insurance company due to an error of the Insurance Company and / or the Contractor (for example due to a data transmission error, processing errors, both from the Insurance Company, as well as from the Contractor) and the latter paid the insurance premium, then the Eligible Person will be taken into insurance retroactively by the Insurance Company, provided the Contractor transfers the insurance premium / premiums. As soon as the insurance company becomes in possession of the data and the respective premium / premiums, it will notify the Contractor in writing to make the appropriate changes.

7. RESELLING TICKETS
Buyer is not allowed to sell or dispose of the ticket / subscription purchased from DISKOteka to a third party for the purpose of obtaining material advantages or for promotional purposes. The event organizer may refuse the participation of the holders of such tickets to the event or may evacuate the holders of such tickets from the event location.
8. DATA CONFIDENTIALITY
The people who visit this website are not obliged to provide any personal information. However, in order to provide you with our services, we need some personal information such as: name, phone number, email address. DISKOteka uses this data for operational and contractual purposes only and for statistical purposes.
The mandatory or optional nature of the personal information is indicated at the time of the purchase of the tickets / subscriptions. The refusal to provide the obligatory personal data implies the non-fulfillment or the refusal of access to the requested service.
