PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Browsing the pages of our site is possible without any declaration of personal data. However, for certain specific situations such as filling in a contact form, newsletter, buying online subscriptions or participating in a competition, the data subjects can collect and process certain personal data. If the processing of personal data is necessary and there is no statutory basis for this processing, we are obliged to obtain the consent of the data subject.
The processing of personal data – such as name, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number of a data subject – will be performed each time in accordance with the provisions of Regulation no. 679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of these data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (the “Regulation”) and in accordance with the regulations for the protection of specific data the countries in which DISKOteka Festival operates. Through this Policy our company would like to inform the general public about the nature, extent and purpose for which we collect and process personal data. In addition, the data subjects are informed about the rights they benefit from, rights regulated by the Regulation. WHAT DATA WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?
Through the Site, we process the following categories of personal data: identification data (name, first name) and contact information (e-mail address, telephone number). In addition, through the Site you can provide us with other information about you that we need, as specified below.
Thus, we process your personal data for the following purposes:
a) For the sale of tickets / subscriptions for the DISKOteka Festival and / or its products / services. The legal basis for processing: the conclusion and execution of a contract

The legal basis for processing: our legitimate interest in making commercial communications regarding similar products or services, if and as long as the client does not oppose such processing,
c) In order to facilitate the check-in process of the tickets / subscriptions managed by DISKOteka Festival organizers, we need your personal data to be used for the purposes and under the terms indicated in the Terms and Conditions.
d) To ensure access to the premises of DISKOteka Festival only to the right persons and to avoid fraud. For example, if a ticket / subscription is printed by two different people, we will be able to have information about the person who bought the respective ticket / subscription. The legal basis for processing: the legitimate interest of us and the organizers of DISKOteka Festival to ensure legitimate access to the Festival and to avoid fraud.
WHO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We store your personal data on our servers in Romania, but we will be able to store them on cloud platforms operated by cloud service providers in the European Union. The operator will also be able to transmit the data to the contractual partners, in order to achieve the purposes presented above, but only on the basis of a confidentiality commitment from them, which guarantees that these data are kept safe and that their provision is made according to current legislation (providers of marketing, courier, payment, banking, or other services). The operator will be able to transmit your personal data to the public authorities, according to the law. The data may also be transmitted to the accountants, auditors, lawyers or other such external advisors of the Operator. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
