RULES OF ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION AT DISKOTEKA FESTIVAL – 31 MAY-02 JUNE 2019

All participants are searched at the entrance. In case of refusal, they are not allowed to access the event.

This regulation is an agreement between the Organizer and the Participant.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend this Regulation at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the site – https://diskoteka.ro – and at the entrance to the venue where the event is to be held with immediate application after displaying.
By purchasing a ticket, the Participant acknowledges and undertakes to comply with this Regulation.
The Organizer ensures the Participant that he has the right to participate in the Event by purchasing a valid ticket (regardless of the method by which it was purchased).
A. SUBSCRIPTIONS, TYPES OF TICKETS AND THEIR BUYING
a) There are two types of tickets: tickets purchased online via www.bilete.ro and tickets purchased from the Bilete.ro Network (in the Romanian Post offices, in the Inmedio stores with Bilete.ro sign and in the Germanos / Telekom stores). b) Children under 7 years of age are strictly forbidden. Access to people aged 7-14 will only be made on the basis of a valid ticket and only in the company of an adult. An adult can accompany a single child under the age of 14. Access for people aged 14-18 will only be done on the basis of a valid ticket and identity card.
c) Persons with disabilities who send a copy of the handicap certificate to email@example.com until 01.05.2019 have free access, with an attendant, within the limit of the available places.
d) The organizer only guarantees the validity of tickets sold by Bilete.ro or by Bilete.ro partners. The complete list can be found on Bilete.ro
It is strictly forbidden to sell or buy overcharged tickets or invitations. The organizers reserve the right to prohibit access to the stadium area of persons who will be found to carry out such activities and to confiscate the invitations, respectively the tickets in their possession.
It is strictly forbidden to post tickets or unique series of tickets on social networks ( Facebook, Instagram, etc.). It is strictly forbidden to post selling announcements of tickets on social networks or sites.
Purchased tickets can not be replaced and their equivalent can not be refunded. The organizer reserves the right to change the tickets price without prior notice.
B. PARTICIPATION AT THE EVENT
1.1. The entrance is to be made only by special signaled areas. All participants must have an identity card with them.
1.2. Upon entering the stadium, the Participant becomes aware of this regulation, displayed in a visible place. Access to the following is prohibited: drugs, pyrotechnics, glass, blunt objects, knives, umbrellas, explosive, toxic or flammable material or other objects that can hurt the other participants. In accordance with the laws in force, participants may not place the following items on the stadium: knives, paralyzing spray, chains or other objects that pose a public danger. Participants can not bring alcohol into the stadium’s perimeter. Participants can not bring in both food nor liquids of any kind.
1.3. Participation in the Event is to be made at your own risk, regarding / including the following:
- people with mental or physical illnesses for whom crowded areas, loud noises, special sound effects, visual and audio effects are at risk, assume full responsibility for the damage they may suffer by participating in the Event. The show may also include powerful light effects that could harm children or epileptics. The organizer informs participants that it is possible that fireworks may be held during the event and that no liability is assumed for the risks of injury or property damage.
- for playgrounds, fun and support areas and other such areas at risk of injury at the location of the event, adult participants (parents, grandparents, other relatives, or tutors) will ensure that the minors they accompany hold the physical and mental condition for participation. The organizer assumes no liability.
1.4. The organizer recommends the use of public transport to avoid crowding traffic.
1.5. Access of participants aged between 7-14 years of age will only be based on a valid ticket and only in the company of an adult. An adult can accompany a single child under the age of 14. At the request of persons responsible for security and monitoring, as well as other representatives of the Organizer, the attendant has the obligation to present documents (student card, passport or any other document containing the minor’s photo) attesting to the minor’s age. Due to the very high noise produced and the special effects of the show, the Organizer does not recommend attending the event for people under the age of 14. Access to people aged 14-18 will only be done on the basis of a valid ticket and identity card.
1.6. Pets are not allowed. Access with any kind of animal is forbidden.
2. RULES OF CONDUCT
2.1. All participants must comply with the social, legal, and statutory rules set out in this Regulation. Participants are not allowed to engage in any kind of activities that could endanger or otherwise affect the safety or the rights of other participants. The organizer does not accept any liability for any material or physical damage caused by non-compliance with the Regulation and will be able to claim damages for those guilty of violating it. Participants are required not to destroy the property in and around the stadium.
2.2. During the event, the Organizer, the Organizer’s partners or the accredited press have the right to record and photograph the event. Participants are aware of the possibility of appearing in such materials without being able to claim rights regarding such material. The organizer has the right to use these materials, to publish them on various channels ( Facebook, Youtube, etc.) and to use them in advertising campaigns without compensating the Participant in any way. Participants have the right to shoot and photograph the areas they have access to, but will use these materials exclusively for their own viewing. Any distribution to the public, free of charge or onerous of filmed material is forbidden. There are exceptions where the artist management prohibits both film and photography activities. In these situations, the Organizer will announce on the social media official page of the event that filming and shooting during those concerts is strictly forbidden.
2.3. Participants are aware that any commercial or advertising activity is prohibited on the premises of the stadium without the written consent of the Organizer.
2.4. Minors are forbidden to serve and drink alcoholic beverages. Drug use is illegal and strictly prohibited and will be punished according to the laws in force.
2.5. During the Event, Participants are required to respect and observe security agents, collaborate with them and follow their instructions in case of emergency. In case of incidents of violence or endangering the bodily integrity of other persons, security personnel will be able to decide eviction of the persons involved from the event venue.
3.1. The organizer is not liable for any damages suffered by the participants if they result from a case of force majeure which can be proved by documents issued by the competent authorities.
3.2. For children, it is recommended to use earphones for sound protection and keep a reasonable distance from the stage sound equipment. If the children are not adequately equipped and / or supervised, the responsibility for their exposure to the sound level of the event venue rests entirely with the parents or their attendants.
3.3. The organizer is not responsible for the property of the participants or for any damage of personal property. In case of loss or possible theft, please contact the police.
3.4. The organizer has the right, with immediate effect, to prohibit a participant from accessing the event or to invite the participant to leave the premises in case of violation of this regulation or a law in force in Romania, without the participant being entitled to the refund of the subscription fee.
3.5. The Organizer reserves the right to carry out checks to ensure compliance with this Regulation.
3.6. If, due to reasons beyond the organizers (force majeure), one or more of the concerts included in the DISKOteka Festival (but not all) are canceled, the participants will not be entitled to refund of the tickets fee.
4.1. The organizer ensures security at the event venue through a qualified and accredited partner to do so. During the event, participants are required to respect security agents, collaborate with them, and follow their instructions in case of an emergency.
4.2. In the event of incidents of violence or endangerment of the bodily integrity of other persons, security personnel may decide to evacuate the persons involved from within the Event.
5. FIRST AID
5.1. There will be first aid areas in the stadium if needed.
6. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
6.1. During the Event, products and services are available in specially arranged places (bar, food court). Participants undertake to use for their purchase only the methods and payment instruments accepted by the organizers and their partners.
7. PERSONAL DATA
7.1. The organizer processes the personal data of participants and attendants as follows:
- Categories of data, purpose, legal basis and duration of processing: Data category / Purpose of processing / Legal basis / Duration / Contact details: First name, name, e-mail address, Facilitate access to the show / event for people with disabilities / Health data: medical certificate or disability / contract and fulfillment of obligations in the field of social protection – Article 6 (1) let. b of Regulation no. 679/2016/5 years after the end of the concert / event Art. 6 par. (1) let. b and art. 9 par. (2) let. b of Regulation no. 679/2016 / Picture / Audio / Video Recordings) / Event promotion, including the advertising that will be made for future events / Legitimate interest -Art. 6 par. (1) let. f of Regulation no. 679/2016 Unlimited period.
7.2. Event Participants understand that personal data consisting of their own image and voice will be collected and processed to advertise the event, including the advertising that will be made for future events.
The organizer records its events audio-video to keep an archive of artistic events.
The processing of audio and video recordings is done in the legitimate interest of the Organizer, taking into account and respecting the rights and freedoms of data subjects, especially minors.
The organizer has the right to use these materials, to publish them on various channels (Facebook, YouTube, the festival website https://diskoteka.ro) and to use them in advertising campaigns without compensating the participant in any way.
Participants acknowledge that any commercial or advertising activity is prohibited within the event venue without the written consent of the Organizer.
7.3. Participants have the following rights to data protection: access to data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing data, the right to oppose processing, the right to data portability and the right to file a complaint with a supervising authority (ANSPDCP).
The rules in this Regulation apply to all participants at the Diskoteka Festival – Timisoara 2019 and thus by its publication it is deemed to have been acknowledged and accepted by them. In the case of non-compliance, the participants will be evicted from the venue or sanctioned according to the law.
